They are knowledgeable, reliable, affordable, easy and fun to work with… Lee and Tom conducted an electronic survey as well as many in-person surveys… Their presentation at the Board retreat was extremely professional and very well received by the Board. MORE ABOUT OUR WORKSHOPS
We are happy to conduct our workshops at your site or at a remote site such as a hotel meeting room, so long as the room and the technology are suitable.
We will schedule the workshop on the date and at the time that's best for you, depending on our availability. We are happy to offer our thoughts on the best workshop timing.
You pick your workshop participants. If you want our guidance on who should attend, just ask.
After you engage us to present a workshop, we will hold a phone or video meeting with you to understand your needs and discuss the specifics of the workshop, to be sure that we both have what we need for a successful workshop.
Lee or Tom are our primary workshop facilitators, but depending on their availability we may bring in another highly qualified facilitator from our roster of associates.
Sometimes two facilitators are needed or desired for the best experience. If you want to have both Lee and Tom facilitate for the richest learning, just ask. If your workshop team will be larger than 20 people, we strongly suggest that you have us provide two faciliators. If your group is too large, we will not provide the workshop with only one facilitator. Adding a second facilitator increases the stated workshop fee by 50%, plus associated expenses.
Unlike most trainers, at this time we do not charge for travel time. (If we get extraordinarily busy, this may change.) Nor do we mark up expenses.
We require that 50% of the fee, plus significant expenses such as for airfare and hotel, be paid up front, with the balance due at the conclusion of the workshop.
If you would like us to customize one of our workshops to better meet your needs (for additional fee, of course) or to create a new workshop in one of our areas of expertise, please talk with us. Such requests have been the genesis of most of the workshops on our roster.
